We are back on the road again today travelling to Wynyard to tackle the Cats and we expect nothing less than a hard, physical contest across all grades.
A quick re-cap of our trip to take on the Dockers last round seen all our teams tackling tricky wet and windy conditions with only Brock Dicker and his boys coming away with the points from a tough day at West Park.
A couple of milestone games played on the day, Ben Hardy playing his 100th Senior Game & Nathan Russell playing his 50th Senior Game.
Looking forward our teams have three more home games for the season with the first one against Devonport, Ulverstone and Devonport again to round out the season so be sure to get your footy fix before we say goodbye to yet another season.
We still have tickets available for an afternoon luncheon with Mick Malthouse and Alister Nicholson at Pirtek Dial Park on July 28, which isn’t far away!! Tickets are $60 each or tables of ten can be bought for $500 at Lanes IGA express Supermarket Penguin. This will be an event you won’t want to miss.
Lock in/save the date for Our PFC ball on August 24 in the clubrooms following our last home game for the home and away roster. This is set to be a fantastic night as Holly is already busy organising the event.
Thursday teas are available at the club each Thursday after training for ONLY $10!! Call in for a cheap, delicious feed and a cold beer. Windram has his famous meat tray raffle and now the very popular ‘Doggsy Sack’ filled with goodies each week!
