We are extremely thrilled to announce that club favourite Nathan ‘Doofy’ Russell will be our Reserves playing coach for the 2021 season!
Nathan arrived at Penguin in 2015 after winning an NWFA Senior flag the previous year at Turners Beach. A crafty small forward, Nathan did his best work on either side of the fence of the can bar pocket at the old Pirtek Park, going on to co-captain the Two Blues to the drought breaking 2017 Reserves premiership with a best on ground performance.
After taking a back seat last year, playing only a couple of games filling in, Nathan will use his wealth of Senior & Reserves NWFL experience to strive towards taking our Reserves side that one step further in 2021.
